Behind the Scenes: Paige Crawford

As a Transactions Coordinator at jetAVIVA, Paige Crawford thrives where organization, adaptability, and collaboration intersect. Whether she’s coordinating multiple aircraft transactions or navigating the unexpected twists that can arise during a deal, Paige brings a steady, thoughtful approach that keeps projects moving forward and teams aligned.

Her path to aviation wasn’t a traditional one and that’s exactly what makes it unique. “My path to aviation was anything but traditional,” Paige shares. “Aviation definitely found me long before I ever imagined I’d find it.”

A graduate of Hawaii Pacific University and former student-athlete, Paige traveled the world competing as a professional athlete before building a career across sports, events, and business operations. Along the way, she developed the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, solve complex problems, and remain composed under pressure.

What ultimately drew her to aviation was the combination of challenge and purpose.

“The learning curve was steep, the industry was fascinating, and I knew it would challenge me in all the right ways,” she says. “What struck me most was the human side of it. At its core, it’s about connection, opportunity, and helping people get where they want to go.”

When the opportunity to join jetAVIVA presented itself, it was the people who made the biggest impression. The company’s energy, authenticity, and strong female leadership stood out immediately and reinforced her belief that this was a place willing to challenge convention and embrace new perspectives.

Today, Paige applies many of the lessons she learned through athletics to her role. She believes success often comes from the work that happens behind the scenes, the daily habits, preparation, and consistency that may go unnoticed by others but make all the difference in the outcome.

“The magic is usually in the unglamorous work,” she explains. “You can’t always control the outcome, but you can control your effort, your preparation, and the energy you bring.”
That mindset is reflected in how she approaches every transaction. Curious by nature, Paige is known for wanting to understand the “why” behind a situation, helping her anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and create a smoother experience for clients and colleagues alike.

Outside the office, Paige brings that same curiosity to life. A self-described serial hobbyist, she challenges herself to read at least 50 books each year and enjoys exploring new interests, adventures, and creative pursuits. She’s also a private softball instructor who finds fulfillment in helping young athletes build confidence and resilience.

For Paige, success isn’t defined by a single achievement. It’s about continuing to learn, enjoying the process, staying true to who she is, and remaining open to wherever life leads next. And, of course, always making sure her dog, Satchel, is happy along the way.
