These strategic hires emphasize jetAVIVA’s ongoing commitment to serving Citation owners, helping them transition seamlessly into and out of these celebrated aircraft models.

David Hayes has joined jetAVIVA as Sales Director, bringing over 25 years of experience in aircraft sales, including a distinguished career with Citation and Textron in the Southeast. David is a highly accomplished pilot and will focus on the Citation M2 market. Residing in Orlando, he is eager to assist clients with his extensive knowledge and expertise.

Max Oberbroeckling has been promoted to Sales Director. Having developed an in-depth understanding of market trends and client needs through his extensive work in the industry, Max will now lead sales for the Citation CJ, CJ1, and CJ1+ markets. Based in Kansas City, Max will also continue to support jetAVIVA’s King Air clients, bringing a comprehensive approach to aircraft sales and customer service.

Including David and Max, jetAVIVA now has seven sales directors specializing in Citation jet markets—a testament to the firm’s deep focus on this segment of the industry. Their expertise reinforces jetAVIVA’s commitment to helping Citation owners navigate their aircraft transitions with confidence.

In addition, Raphael Valor and Rebeka Rhodes join jetAVIVA’s support organization. Raphael, as Sales Operations Specialist, will support business development and market research efforts in the Citation markets. Rebeka brings a wealth of experience in aircraft charter and management, and her proven project management skills will enhance the Transactions and Technical Services team.
