One of the newest additions to that team is Sales Operations Specialist Julia Perez—whose unique background, global perspective, and passion for aviation make her an exceptional fit for some of our most important markets.

Originally from Brazil, Julia grew up immersed in the world of aviation, developing an early appreciation for both the aircraft and the people who make the industry thrive. That foundation, paired with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Florida, has equipped her with the tools to support jetAVIVA’s sales efforts at the highest level.

In her role, Julia works closely with some of the most senior members of our sales team, supporting key markets including the Embraer Phenom and Praetor series, the Citation Mustang, and our continued expansion into Brazil and Latin America. Her cultural fluency and firsthand connection to the region bring meaningful value as jetAVIVA deepens its presence in these important and growing markets.

Julia’s contributions are especially impactful in areas where jetAVIVA continues to lead the industry. Under the leadership of Sr. Managing Director Jade Hofeldt, jetAVIVA led the industry in Citation Mustang transactions in 2026—a testament to both market expertise and operational excellence. Similarly, company President Ryan Scott remains a consistent top performer and a trusted resource within the global Embraer owner community. Supporting these high-performing segments requires precision, dedication, and a strong client-first mindset—qualities Julia demonstrates every day.

That same enthusiasm carries into her life outside of work. Whether training at the gym, enjoying time at the beach, or refining her golf game, Julia embraces an active lifestyle. She also enjoys cooking and values time spent with family and friends. Across both her personal and professional life, she is driven by a spirit of collaboration and genuine connection.
