“I don’t look at these as transactional interactions, and it’s not about simply getting to the finish line and moving on,” Jason said. “It’s about how the client is advocated for all the way through the process and beyond.”
That advocacy means being accessible early and late, delivering honest feedback even when clients don’t want to hear it, and occasionally walking away from deals if they aren’t the absolute right fit.
“I don’t want to be a yes person,” Jason said. “I bring value by being upfront and honest with my feedback, even if it involves an answer a client may not want to hear. I also bring creative solutions they didn’t know were possible.”
Jason’s spring 2025 anniversary with jetAVIVA marked a decade with the company. He credits much of his success to his team — a talented group of professionals who keep things running seamlessly and consistently deliver great results.
The growth he has seen in the industry and at jetAVIVA excites him not just for business reasons, but because it means serving more clients who are discovering what business aviation can do for their personal and professional lives.
“We’re continuing to serve more clients, operators and flight departments with more range,” Jason said. “That growth drives me to continue bringing my best.”
Outside of work, Jason loves spending time with his wife and his two girls, Amelia and Madeline, cheering on his Texas Tech Red Raiders, and helping people remember to laugh often and not to take themselves too seriously.
