Position Summary:

The Sales Director represents jetAVIVA in the marketplace and seeks to maintain and grow client base while maintaining the highest standard of customer experience.

Sales Directors sell inventory and listed aircraft as well as brokerage and acquisition service agreements. Sales Directors are expected to be the market expert in their assigned model market segment(s). Sales Directors will develop strategy, manage inbound inquiries, and coordinate with other functional areas to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets within assigned market(s)
  • Develop and executive strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the jetAVIVA value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Maintain general working knowledge of all company focused aircraft product lines
  • Understand market specific landscape and trends and adapt accordingly
  • Coordinate with Market Analyst to maintain detailed market knowledge of assigned market(s)
  • Maintain buyer, seller and aircraft data in CRM
  • Develop personal brand through print and social media consistent with job description and market
  • Participate in weekly sales calls

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of sales achievement
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen, collaborative ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to maintain a client base through personal networks, existing relationships, organically produced leads, and leads provided by the company
  • Ability to manage personal KPIs, while meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Demonstrated proficiency to prioritize tasks and organize a workload
  • Able and willing to travel for business-related events and client meetings

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business aviation sales
  • Familiarity with Google Business Solutions and Salesforce or Zoho CRM preferred

Compensation: All Sales Directors are paid 100% commission at a rate based on their individual revenue production and also cumulative revenue production since date of hire. Manager: Sales Directors will report to the Vice President of Sales

Transaction Specialist Click for details

Position Overview:

The Atlanta-based Transaction Specialist will facilitate the aircraft transaction process from contracting through delivery and be the primary support to the VP of Transactions to ensure a world-class experience for clients selling or buying aircraft.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage processes for private jet transactions from "handshake" to closing
  • Manage communication, and execution and flow of documents between clients, other jetAVIVA departments, escrow, banks, and other third parties
  • Input, organize, and manage internal transaction/sales data between CRM, Dropbox, Trello, DocuSign, and Slack
  • Prepare initial drafts of sales documents and contracts from forms
  • Coordinate aircraft pre-purchase inspections with maintenance providers
  • Coordinate post-closing tasks and assist clients with aircraft entry-into-service
  • Track status of transactions to ensure they are moving forward at correct pace
  • Regularly communicate status of transactions with Sales Directors and VP of Transactions
  • Manage calendar and communication for President
  • Additional duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Organized

  • Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate. Consideration will be given for significant work experience in lieu of a degree or certificate.

The Transaction Specialist will report primarily to the VP of Transactions, secondarily to the President.

Marketing Specialist, Branding Click for details

Position Overview:

The Marketing Specialist, Branding will be performing the duties required to achieve short and mid-term company branding goals, and establish a foundation for long-term growth of jetAVIVA. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing, and will gain regular alignment on strategy consistent with jetAVIVA’s brand, competitive advantages and revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role is creative and takes initiative, detailed oriented in planning, skilled in project management and communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They would also be proactive, have an ownership mentality and be extremely solution-oriented while being open to coaching and guidance along the way.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Converts strategies into action plans that deliver on marketing growth opportunities
  • Proactively seeks unique and creative opportunities to highlight jetAVIVA in the industry and in the aviation community.
  • Ensures we have a holistic view of the marketing plan that is anchored in the brand strategy, including but not limited to development of an integrated marketing calendar.
  • Ensures quality, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels to support brand strategy.
  • Works with content team to develop, maintain and refresh creative materials
  • Develops and executes on marketing related to our core markets, including but not limited to: monthly market updates, printed market reports, model-specific video reviews and more.
  • Manage social media strategy, maintaining corporate content and pages
  • Develop and leverage media relationships as needed to ensure consistent representation with industry press outlets
  • Proactively identify and execute opportunities for public relations outreach and write and distribute press releases
  • Review brand website for regular updates related to effective execution of brand strategy
  • Execute comprehensive aircraft model marketing through print and digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge and proficiency in marketing and branding, including consumer definition, situation assessment, financial analysis, and marketing plan development
  • Experience developing and running marketing campaigns
  • Experience utilizing data and measurement to drive decisions.
  • Experience communicating concepts, engaging and influencing at all levels of organizational leadership.
  • Ability to adjust communication style such that it is effective with various audiences
  • Ability to exercise appropriate judgment by using information and knowledge to make timely, effective decisions
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize various job activities/tasks, including the ability to multi-task when necessary
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to mentor and train others on work processes/procedures
  • Occasional travel required

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in a brand marketing role
  • Experience in the general aviation industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Knowledge and comfort with the use of computers and various programs and information systems including, but not limited to: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM, Marketing Automation Platforms, and Dropbox a plus.
