Artificial intelligence is no longer a futuristic concept—it’s a present-day force transforming business aviation. At jetAVIVA, AI is not just a buzzword; it’s a strategic initiative shaping how the firm operates, engages with clients, and prepares for the future.

Earlier this summer, jetAVIVA’s Vice President of Sales, Ben Dow, addressed attendees at the Corporate Aviation Leadership Summit (CALS) with a compelling message: “You don’t need to be a coder to benefit from AI.” Ben illustrated how AI is already embedded in tools many flight departments use every day—from email autocomplete to decision-making, scheduling, maintenance, and even security. His message was clear: AI isn’t looming on the horizon—it’s already here.

On the same note, jetAVIVA CEO Emily Deaton joined JETNET Assistant Vice President Jason Lorraine for a candid fireside chat, where she detailed her own hands-on AI learning journey and the firm’s broader strategy. “I’m in no way an expert in AI,” Emily admitted, “but I’m a student of it. We’re growing fast, and AI helps us scale efficiently without compromising the client experience.”

Emily emphasized that AI at jetAVIVA isn’t about replacing people—it’s about empowering them. “Our people are our edge,” she said. “AI allows them to focus more on what matters—building relationships, solving complex problems, and delivering unmatched client service.”

The firm is already leveraging AI across its operations in meaningful ways. Aircraft valuations are being enhanced with AI-powered pricing models and real-time market trend detection. Marketing strategies have also been reimagined through the lens of AI, with hyper-targeted campaigns, dynamic ad performance tools, and content generation that enables jetAVIVA to reach the right buyer at the right time—In a time-sensitive, asset-driven business, that means delivering results when they matter most.

Emily also acknowledged the industry-wide learning curve. “Without a clear strategy, AI tools get abandoned. We’re taking the time to build thoughtfully, train intentionally, and implement with purpose.”

Ben echoed that sentiment in Boston, underscoring the importance of intentionality over novelty. “We’re not using AI just to say we are,” he said. “We’re building it into the foundation of how we serve our clients—because their time and their trust are what matter most.”

As the industry evolves, jetAVIVA is proud to lead the conversation. Our commitment to innovation is rooted in one goal: giving our clients the insights and tools to stay ahead of the curve.
