Kathy began her career in public accounting where she spent spent nearly a decade refining accounting and financial management skills. From there she moved into the private sector acting as a controller for a successful restaurant chain and then HR Director for a national mortgage company. In early 2000, she decided to focus on raising her three boys.

During this time, she began working as a consultant helping businesses organize and maintain their internal accounting processes. When she is not working, she loves to travel and spend time with family.
