JetAviva Grows Team – Announces Three New Hires in Key Roles

JetAviva to expand turboprop presence and strengthen expertise in Embraer markets with addition of new team members.

JetAviva, a worldwide leader in turbine aircraft sales and acquisitions, announces the addition of three new hires in key company positions. Michael Simmen will serve as the firm’s Vice President of Operations, responsible for Customer Relationship Management and Client Experience.

Simmen comes to the JetAviva team with a wealth of aviation operations experience, having previously held a management role in CRM and Customer Experience at Embraer Executive Jets. He developed standardized and automated processes to support the firm’s sales efforts; and most recently in his role with Embraer, Simmen led a team in implementing artificial intelligence and predictive analytics solutions to bolster the company’s business development practices.

JetAviva also adds experienced Sales Director, Mickea Smith to the team. Smith is responsible for sales in the PA-46 and TBM markets. With over a decade of experience in aviation, Smith comes to jetAVIVA after a nearly six year tenure in airplane acquisitions at Van Bortel Aircraft. She holds single and multi-engine commercial, instrument, seaplane, and remote pilot ratings.

Egan Rzonca, Sales Operations Specialist, also joins team jetAVIVA where he will support new company President Ryan Scott in the Embraer market segment. Rzonca comes to jetAVIVA after more than two years leading Embraer’s pre-owned market research initiative. Prior to Embraer, he worked as an Aircraft Sales Associate at Elliott Jets in Minneapolis.
