Climbing Together: jetAVIVA at the IADA Spring Conference
Date
May 23, 2025Last week, jetAVIVA proudly joined more than 375 participants at the IADA Spring Conference in Scottsdale—an event that brought together the most respected professionals in business aviation for a packed agenda of industry insights, networking, and philanthropic collaboration. From economic forecasts and tariff policy updates to workforce strategy and expert negotiation training with former lead international kidnapping negotiator for the FBI, Chris Voss, the sessions delivered timely and actionable takeaways that make our team stronger, better informed, and better positioned to serve our clients in today’s evolving market.
But beyond the content and connections, this event reinforces something we value deeply: our role as an IADA Accredited Dealer.
With only 62 accredited dealer-members worldwide, the International Aircraft Dealers Association represents over 50% of all pre-owned aircraft transactions globally. We’re not just participants in the market—we’re shaping it.
At jetAVIVA, we take this responsibility seriously. Our team includes IADA Certified Brokers, who have passed a rigorous exam and maintain ongoing education to ensure they meet the highest ethical and professional standards in the industry. At last week’s event, three more members of our team sat for the certification exam, further demonstrating our commitment to excellence and continuous growth.
We’re also proud that our leadership is helping guide the future of the association. CEO Emily Deaton sits on the board of IADA’s AircraftExchange online marketplace, and CFO Kathy Oberbroeckling contributes her expertise as a board member for the IADA Foundation, the organization’s charitable arm.
When you choose jetAVIVA, you’re not just working with a broker—you’re working with a team trusted by the very organization that sets the standard for how aircraft transactions should be done. And that’s a standard we’re proud to uphold.
