Senior Leadership Team Expansion Announced by jetAVIVA

Kansas City, KS – jetAVIVA, a worldwide leader in turbine aircraft sales and acquisitions, recently announced the addition of Ms. Emily Deaton to the firm’s senior leadership team as Vice President of Sales. In her role with jetAVIVA, Deaton will lead the firm’s team of 14 Sales Directors and Sales Advisors in achieving company sales and acquisition goals.

jetAVIVA has placed heavy emphasis on building out its corporate structure over the past year, and the company’s CEO, Tim White, said, “Emily is an integral part to ensuring the sustained growth of our firm while maintaining the world-class client support and customer experience for which jetAVIVA is known.”

Emily DeatonDeaton comes to the jetAVIVA Team with a wealth of aviation sales experience, having previously served in senior roles in Sales and Customer Experience departments at Embraer Executive Jets. She has undertaken challenging projects in developing standardized and automated processes among sales teams; most recently in her role with Embraer, she led a team in implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning to bolster the company’s business development practices.

She also noted the firm’s aircraft transaction goal for 2019 should firmly plant jetAVIVA as the #1 broker/dealer in the world by volume.

According to Mr. White, the addition of Ms. Deaton now completes jetAVIVA’s departmental senior leadership team, along with three other VPs: Andrew Gallagher as VP of Marketing, John Farrish as VP of Transactions, and Kathy Oberbroeckling as VP of Finance and Human Resources.
