At jetAVIVA, the success of our team hinges on dedicated professionals who work tirelessly behind the scenes. One such individual is Rebeka Rhodes, whose journey in aviation is both inspiring and impressive. Starting out as an FBO receptionist, Rebeka’s career quickly took off. She advanced to a key role at a charter and aircraft management company, where she helped build their charter department from the ground up. Her passion and work ethic earned her a promotion to Office Manager, where she fine-tuned her skills in aviation and contract management. Her leadership was also instrumental in overseeing the construction of two aircraft hangars, an accomplishment that anyone familiar with the complexities of aviation infrastructure knows is no small feat.

Rebeka’s skills go far beyond day-to-day administration. After meeting the jetAVIVA team, Rebeka knew she had found her next challenge. Today, she plays a pivotal role in supporting both our sales team and VP of Transactions, ensuring smooth operations for jetAVIVA’s client base. 

Balancing her professional achievements, Rebeka is also committed to her own growth. Rebeka has a passion for learning and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Science from A&M Central Texas (though don’t be fooled, she bleeds orange) and is working toward her CAM designation from the NBAA. She holds an Associate degree in Liberal Arts with a focus in English from Austin Community College.

Outside of work, Rebeka’s life is just as full. She’s a devoted mom to her 16-year-old son, Kohnor, and shares her home with two beloved dogs: Osiris, an Australian sheepadoodle, and Anubis, a Chinese Crested. Whether she’s volunteering, exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping, or attending local events, Rebeka embraces life with the same enthusiasm that fuels her professional success. And, as a true Texan, she’s always up for BBQ or tacos!
